I write messy characters who get caught up in magic.

As a senior creative with 14 years’ experience in the ad world, I still feel butterflies when seeing my words in the wild.

From billboards and product boxes to award-winning campaigns, I’ve had the privilege of writing for incredible brands across nearly every medium.

But I fell for fiction first.

Before copywriting.

Before motherhood.

Stories, to me, have always been an escape. And now as a novelist, they’re a means of exploration—a space to question and play in worlds where the irrational is the inevitable. And magic’s only a snap away.

I look forward to using the skills I’ve learned from creative mentors to write tales of my very own.

Hobbits and hobbies…

  • Two kiddos under six makes for a house full of chaos and fun. What’s life without stepping on a Lego? They don’t know why I call them hobbits, but I can’t wait for the day they read Tolkien.

  • What started as songs under street lamps led to college a cappella. Yea, it was like Pitch Perfect. Yea, I miss it. I look forward to infusing musicality in my writing!

  • My recipes have changed since going gluten-free, but you can still catch me making arepas, pizzelles, and empanadas. Most usually, I’m trying not to burn brownies.
